WATER TANK DONATIONS  

My special thanks to my friends and family who donated for a Samoan family that needed a water tank (Advertised by Adel Fruean on Samoa Observer – June 30, 2019).  

I started Fundraising on May 23, 2020, and received donations from:

Donations Refunded - 12/12/2020

Adel Fruean, Samoa Observer, informed me that she has been trying to locate the family since the day I contacted her. After all these months of waiting, Adele wanted to use our donation for other families that need water tanks.                                                                                                                I advised her that this donation was for the family in the Newspaper.  I was upset because she wrote the article and then she couldn't locate the family from that village?                                        I also contacted the Editor/Samoa Observer (Ken) and there was no response.  I felt something fishy was going on. So, I decided to refund the donations. I understand that we are facing difficulties in providing food, etc. for our families because of the pandemic.

I just saw this on FB posted by my friend Sam Sopoaga (7/8/19). I don't know this family but it's sad and heart-breaking. I'm asking you all my families, friends, students and fans for your help. Whatever you can donate, this family will appreciate.

I believe $500US could buy and install a new tank.
